Oreo Cookie Dough Stuffed Cupcakes

Brighten up your winter days with these lil’ cuties! So FUN, So DELICIOUS, So EASY!


1 box vanilla cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding mix
1 cup water
1/2 c + 1 tbsp oil
4 eggs
1 container The Cookie Dough Cafe Oreo Cookie Dough (The Cookie Dough Cafe Oreo cookie dough)
2 sticks of butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed Oreos
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
Bad Blood Sprinkles from Sprinkle Pop

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and fill a cupcake pan with liners.
Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs until combined. Bake according to package directions. Let cool completely.
To make the frosting, beat the butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, oreos, cream and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Using a cupcake corer or knife, cut the center out from each cupcake, saving the top.
Fill each cupcake with the cookie dough (it’s easiest when the cookie dough is room temp) and place the cut cake center back on top.
Using a piping bag and any star tip, place a generous 😉 swirl of frosting on top.
Add Bad Blood sprinkles and then eat!
