Cookie Dough Brownies

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray an 8×8 baking pan with non stick spray.

Beat the eggs, add the butter and vanilla extract.
Add melted butter and cocoa powder and whisk together until combined.
Slowly add the flour, salt and baking powder into the mixture and combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
Let cool completely and refrigerate.
Once chilled, add the chocolate chip cookie dough to the brownie and spread until even.
Refrigerate the brownies for 1 hour.
Cut the brownies into squares & enjoy!

NOTE: Want these in a hurry? Use your favorite Brownie Mix such as Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix and once
made and chilled, add the chocolate chip cookie dough to the brownie and spread until even. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
