Dough DREAM Pie

Keep dreaming of Spring Break with this delish “Dough Dream Pie!”

INGREDIENTS
1 package Oreos (regular)
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs
2 oz dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c butter, softened
2/3 c heavy cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 c marshmallows
4 containers The Cookie Dough Cafe Brownie Batter cookie dough, room temperature
Toppings- whipped cream and Brownie Brittle

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a 9″ springform pan by lightly greasing it with cooking spray. Set aside. In a food processor, grind the Oreos until they are a fine-crumb consistency. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and Oreos until they are fully coated. Press the Oreo mixture along the bottom and sides of the pan about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In a small saucepan over low heat, stir the sugar and eggs until well blended. Stir constantly until thickened and the mixture covers the back of a spoon. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla. Set aside to cool, stirring occasionally for approximately 15 minutes.
Using a hand mixer, cream the butter until smooth. Add in the chocolate mixture and beat on high for 4-5 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until it starts to bubble. Add in the powdered sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the chocolate mixture. Once combined, fold in the marshmallows.

Assembly-
Remove the crust from the fridge, and spread the brownie dough out in an even layer along the bottom. Top with the chocolate/marshmallow mixture. Chill for 8 hours. When ready, garnish with whipped cream and brownie brittle.
